1.1 Shipping /Local Pick-Up

Shipping Location

A-Team only ships within the US.

Shipping Time

Any online orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Once order is processed and shipped out, expect your item(s) to arrive anywhere from 3-5 days (depending on your location)
If you’re needing your order sooner, please select a faster shipping method at checkout, and your order will be prioritized during fulfillment.

Shipping

A-Team is not responsible for your package once it leaves our shipping facility. No changes can be made once your order is in the possession of the mail carrier.

Local Pick-up

If you are within 30 miles of our retail store you are eligible for local pick up. Pick up location is 628 W Dickson St. Fayetteville, AR 72701. Please contact us if you’re needing assistance with this option.

1.2 Does A-Team have the same inventory online as they do in-store?

No! Visit us in our retail store, or keep up with us on Instagram (@shop.ateam) to see each style we have to offer! You can always DM or call us to purchase if there is something you don’t see online.

1.3 What are your in-store hours?

Tuesday - Friday 11am - 6pm CST

Saturday 10am - 5pm CST

A-Team’s retail store is CLOSED on Sunday and Monday, feel free to shop online and use the “Local Pickup” option at checkout!
